Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership Eligibility

• Age Requirement: Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
• Interest in Elderly Care: Members should have a genuine interest in supporting elderly care and the mission of Old Age Care India.

Cessation of Membership

• On the acceptance of a resignation from membership.
• On becoming insane or insolvent.
• On conviction of an offense in connection with the formation, promotion, management, or conduct of affairs of the Foundation.
• If absent from meetings without reasonable grounds.

Membership Fees

• Individual Membership: ₹720 per year

Membership Benefits

• Newsletters and Updates: Regular newsletters and updates on activities and impact.
• Event Invitations: Invitations to events, conferences, and seminars.
• Volunteering Opportunities: Opportunities to volunteer and make a difference.
• Discounts on Events: Discounts on events, conferences, and seminars.

Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: Membership fees can be paid online or offline through cheques or demand drafts.
• Payment Due Date: Membership fees are due on the anniversary of the membership date.

Membership Termination

• Voluntary Termination: Members can terminate their membership by providing written notice.
• Involuntary Termination: We reserve the right to terminate membership if a member fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

Donation Terms and Conditions

• Donation Acceptance: Old Age Care India accepts donations from individuals, organizations, and corporations.
• Donation Purpose: Donations will be used to support our mission and services for elderly care.
• Tax Exemption: Donations to Old Age Care India are tax-exempt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

• Offline Donations: Donations can be made through cheques, demand drafts, or cash deposits.
